Know what you can afford to take on.

Kommand holds your day job, your side project, your house and the one private thing on one plate: everything you are carrying, as shares of your week rather than hours. It shows you the cost of a yes before you say it, and when a product idea is ready, it builds it.

Why Kommand

Every tool sees one circle of your life.

Linear sees work. A planner sees the calendar. Nothing sees the day job, the side project, the house and the private thing together, because an employer’s tool structurally cannot. Kommand files everything by circle, which is who may see it, and keeps all four on one plate.

Your plate, sized without hours

Each commitment is sized by one tap against something you already sized: about a third of the 9-5, a fifth of Kapsul. Unsized stays hatched. Nothing is ever shown as zero or averaged.

Re:Kap, the ten-minute sitting

Talk on a walk, at your desk, or both. It keeps every sitting until you turn them into concepts, then proposes new ones and changes to the ones you have. You accept or ignore each. It never writes to your list on its own.

Can I take this?

One card, two numbers: your load now, and your load with this on it. Take it anyway, say no with a snapshot link, or park it. Either answer is kept with how full you were.

How it works

Talk for ten minutes, decide once, let it build.

Three moves. The first two exist; the third is the bridge we are building next.

1

Talk

Start a Re:Kap and say what is on your mind. On a phone, Pocket it darkens the screen and keeps it awake, so it goes on listening in your pocket. When you are done, it proposes concepts, each with a kind: Product, Household, Personal or Creative.

2

Decide

Every concept climbs five stages named for its kind: Idea, Spec, Prototype, In build, Shipped for a product. Clearing the second stage, Worked out, is the decision that puts it on Home. Ideas holds everything else.

3

Build

A Product concept that clears Prototype can be handed to the build bridge: spec, plan, tasks, then a pull request back to you. Every gate is yours. Merging proposes the concept toward Shipped.

Around those moves, already in Kommand

Capture on your phone

A phone page with one big Talk button, writing into the same open Re:Kap as your desk. Two devices never overwrite each other, and no audio is kept.

Ships today

Sunday

The week that ended in stage moves, up to three picks for the week starting, and the themes you kept coming back to. Share it, scoped to one circle, with one person if you want a witness.

Ships today

Legwork

Research jobs run for a concept: a competitive scan, fix or replace, what the evidence says. Each finding names its sources and waits for you to file it as evidence or dismiss it.

Ships today

Sessions

Go through one list with a few people who follow a link, no account needed. Everyone gives a Value blind, then you see the spread, never an average.

Ships today

Ask for input

Ask one person about one concept. You approve the questions before anything reaches them, and their answer arrives beside your own Value, never blended into it.

Ships today

Memory

What Kommand has inferred about you, offered as proposals. Nothing is held until you keep it, and you can export it or make it forget.

The record

What you said against where the week went.

Most tools remember what you planned. Kommand keeps what you stated, what you took on, and what happened after, and sends you the comparison every Sunday whether or not you opened the app.

Planned · design preview

As designed, with stated shares and hatching where it does not know. A plainer version is written and not yet switched on.

The commitment ledger

Every stated size with its date, every slipped target, every yes and every no, with how full you were at the time. Six months in, it can say what nothing else can: how often you say yes when full, and what happens next.

The rules

What Kommand will not do, on any plan.

These are design rules with teeth, and each one is the reason a sceptic can keep a day job and a side company in the same tool.

Say what it does not know

When there is no honest basis, it says “not assessed” where the answer would have gone. Never a zero, never an average, never an invented trend.

Ships today

Propose, never apply

Suggestions from a Re:Kap, a Legwork job or Memory wait for you. Anything that would overwrite your own words is shown as a difference and kept out of bulk accept.

Ships today

Keep three things unshareable

What it has learned about you, your Re:Kap transcripts and the marks on them have no sharing path at all. Someone you share a circle with sees only that circle, never a title from another.

Ships today

Let you leave

Export everything you have written in one file, on every plan, because a record you cannot take with you is a hostage. Memory can already be exported and forgotten.

FAQ

Questions and answers.

Can I use Kommand now?

Not yet. Kommand is in a closed first slice used by the team that builds it. The waitlist is the only way in. We invite people in small groups and write to you when a place opens.

What exists today, and what is still being built?

Today: concepts of four kinds with five stages each, Clarity, Value, Home and Ideas with search and your own order, Re:Kap at a desk or on a phone, Sunday, Legwork, Sessions, Ask for input and Memory. Being built: commitments sized as shares, the capacity card, Can I take this?, the ledger, connectors, the build bridge, and the Sunday email, which is written and not yet switched on. Every claim on this page carries one of those labels.

Who can see my plate?

You, unless you share. Today you can share a concept with someone, or your Sunday, scoped to one circle, with one person. Your transcripts and what Kommand has learned about you cannot be shared at all; there is no path for it.

Will the prices change?

They might. The three proposed plans on Kommand’s own page are what we intend to launch with, and nothing can be bought until launch. If you join the waitlist we will tell you the final prices before you pay anything.

What do you do with my email?

One confirmation with a withdraw link, then an invitation when a place opens, and we give the address to nobody. Withdraw any time and we delete the entry.

State your sizes for four weeks and see what comes back.

The first cohort gets their own plate, the Sunday email and a direct line to the people building it. In return we ask one thing: say how much of you each commitment is, and keep saying it.

We’ll email you once to confirm, and again when it’s your turn. Nothing else, and never to anyone else. Privacy
